    Stone fell out

    Wore this ring for 29 days and a stone fell out. Emailed customer service and haven’t heard back from them in a few days. Not impressed with quality or customer service. I would like a refund not a repair. Disappointed in this purchase.

    Beautiful but not durable

    I love this ring. It's beautiful and stacks nicely. However, I've had this band for approximately a year now and will be having to replace it for the second time in one year. The stones are not secured well at all. I don't do intense work with my hands so there's no reason for so many stones to fall out. Currently, one stone just fell out today, and three more are wiggly. Fortunately, they have the warranty but I don't want to replace my band every 6 months because of poor long term durability.
