My husband purchased this set as a gift because of how beautiful it appeared to be on the website. However, within less than 24 hours of receiving and wearing the ring set a stone on the band had fallen out and then now not even a week later another larger stone has fallen out of the main ring itself. I was a previous customer years back and never had any issues with the product, it seems something they had changed in their business or how things are made. Regardless of how inexpensive the ring set is, stone should not be falling out within the first 24 hours to week of receiving and wearing the ring set. I emailed the customer service center, for them to take a full 2-3 days to get back to me. The return process seems to be even more of a headache so now I’m out $100+. I will be attempting to get my money back and I will no longer be a customer in the future.

Very beautiful set and I love it; however, the prongs holding in the bigger stones catch everything. I have also lost a diamond on the main ring. The design is beautiful but not executed well

The plating rubbed off almost a month after I got it so no wonder it’s a 30 day return policy.. don’t get any of their rings in anything but silver
