I was checking out at TJ Maxx the other day and the cashier exclaimed "That ROCK is gorgeous!" before she even said hello.
Of course I think its beautiful, but to have someone else call it out felt amazing too. I am not new to non-mined diamonds (in fact, my engagement ring that I've had for 14 years is lab created). I purchased one ring from MG to see their quality and quickly came back for others and now I've bought a few pieces from Modern Gents. I am now a loyal customer due to the sparkle, the modern design of their pieces and random compliments like the one I received while out shopping.
And yes, I did tell her where she could get one of her own.

Photos: first two photos are what it is now and the second two are what it looked liked when he first bought it.
My now husband proposed to me with this ring back in February and I was in absolute AWE of it. It was perfect. But after 2 months, the back of the gold band started fading and is now silver. Additionally, the diamond became very cloudy within only a couple months. We were going to try to get an exchange before the wedding in August but they wanted us to send the ring back first, and said it would be a couple months before we get a new one back. We decided to just keep it because we were worried we wouldn’t get the new one in time before the wedding. I cleaned it frequently according to directions and never showered with it, etc. I am very disappointed in the quality and exchange process.

I’ve had the ring for a short time and the bottom half of the band is faded. You can see in pictures the obvious fade from the band and the top portion were the diamond sits is still very gold. Overall just really disappointed in the quality of the product
