There was a minor setback recently and the travel ring I bought was no longer needed. I reached out to them with the issue and and explained what happened, they helped me do a return and pick something different unsimilar to my previous engagement ring, when I reached out I was not expecting them to help or anything, but they are great they explained step by step how to do the process and I just received my ring yesterday. That being said I have now had three rings from here and all three were amazing great quality and stunning sparkles,my newest is the aurora, and she is beautiful.
