About Our Rings
Our rings are made from conflict free materials. We don't support inhumanely mined diamonds, which is why we use high quality conflict free simulated diamonds. Simulated diamonds are man-made stones that look just like a perfect diamond and shine like crazy.
Every one of our stones are hand-cut with precision to ensure you’re wearing the same shine and brilliance as a traditional diamond.
Fun fact: simulated diamonds do not hold the same carat weight as traditional diamonds! We list our stones in estimated carat weight & do our best to keep these sizes accurate.
Our simulated diamonds rank at an 8.5 out of 10 on the Mohs scale. This scale is used to measure the mineral hardness and scratch resistance of the stone in question. Traditional diamonds usually rank at a 10, so we’re not too far behind. 😉
Nope! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any of these metals.
Yes, all sterling silver jewelry is plated in rhodium to give it that classic, unmistakable shine! Rhodium plating also helps give your jewelry an extra layer of protection against scratches and does not corrode or tarnish.
Our gold and rose gold pieces are made from the same high quality 925 sterling silver and plated in either 18k gold or 18k rose gold respectively.

Our women’s rings range from 2mm to 4.5mm wide. The most common width is about 2mm, but if you’d like to know about a specific style, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at hello@modgents.com.

We do not, but you can definitely take any of our metal rings to your local jewelry store for engraving. Please note: any third party alterations to your ring/s will void our lifetime warranty.
Most of our bands are made from the highest quality tungsten carbide or titanium. But if you’re looking for something even more badass, check out our pieces made from carbon fiber and Damascus steel.
While both are very durable materials, rings made of tungsten carbide tend to be on the heavier side & are often more scratch-resistant than its titanium counterparts.

If you are someone who works with your hands frequently or partakes in any physical activity, then a silicone ring is a great alternative. It is flexible, comfortable, and durable!
We only carry our silicone bands in full sizes. However, these styles are far more flexible than your average ring, so we generally recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes.
Our silicone rings range from 4.5mm to 8.5mm wide. For style-specific measurements, we recommend checking out the product’s page under the “materials” tab.

To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, it is best to remove it during any activities such as exercising or sleeping and when handling any harsh products such as hand sanitizer. This will ensure your jewelry stays in tip top shape!
Remove your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, & hand sanitizer. We also recommend avoiding contact with bleach, chlorine, hairspray, & other products with harsh chemicals.
Do not use any jewelry cleaners to care for your pieces, as these can strip the rhodium plating. We recommend using clear, mild dish soap and lukewarm water to clean your jewelry. Click here for the best way to clean your jewelry, ever.

Our lifetime warranty covers any and all damages. This includes manufacturing issues, accidental damages, as well as any wear and tear your pieces may incur over time. You can even have your jewelry resized under this process as well! For more information, feel free to visit our warranty page here.
Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.
We ship all orders from our headquarters in sunny Southern California!
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. This includes any US Territories and US Military addresses.
Canadian customers: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.
All orders are shipped out of our headquarters the following business day from when it is placed. Any express or rush orders placed before (12:00 PM) NOON PST ship the same day! Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or federal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 1 business day of placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@modgents.com for further assistance.
All orders are estimated to arrive within 7 business days of their ship date, but can arrive sooner with our express or rush options. Check out our shipping page here for more details!
Business or transit days are Monday through Friday & do not include weekends or holidays. The first transit day begins the day you receive your shipping notification. If your order ships on a Monday, then Monday to Tuesday is considered the first transit day, Tuesday to Wednesday is considered the second transit day, and so on. Please note: Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Duties or import taxes are calculated in the “Taxes” section of the total. You will not be billed when you receive your order. Please keep in mind that both duties and taxes are non-refundable upon delivery of the order.
We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at hello@modgents.com within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.
Yes, you can exchange any new or unworn item up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. This includes any style changes or store credit as well. Feel free to visit our returns page here to get that process started! After the 30-day window, we can still resize and service your item under our Lifetime Warranty.
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process your exchange. Once processed, your exchange order will ship the following business day with an estimated 4-7 business day transit time. We will send a new order confirmation at the time of processing.
Once your original order has been delivered, you have 30 days from that delivery date to send the items you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must have a postmark date within the 30-day window in order to be approved by our returns department. This window does not reset after an exchange submission.
We do not provide return labels for exchanges. However, we will cover any shipping costs for the exchange order back to you, as well as any duty charges for Canadian customers. If any items are returned in worn condition, a 20% restocking fee may be held from your refund total or invoiced with your new exchange order prior to processing.
For US customers, we recommend shipping your package back through USPS Ground Advantage.
For Canadian customers, we recommend shipping your package back through Canada Post Tracked Packet USA.

We currently only accept payments in USD. Canadian customers are still welcome to purchase from our website, but please note that our prices are in USD and the conversion rate to CAD will be done automatically by your bank after the order has been placed.
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, as well as a number of different payment platforms including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shop Pay is a type of installment payment method that we offer at checkout. When purchasing from us, you now have the option to pay in full now across 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% APR interest and no hidden or late fees. Yes, they can be added as a debit card at checkout, but your order must be paid in full with the prepaid amount allocated to the card. We are unable to split the payment between two different cards at this time.
Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account.

We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order. In the event your card is canceled, we can issue store credit for the returned items prior to processing a refund. Otherwise, you will need to reach out to the card issuer to have the funds transferred from the closed account or returned to you via check.
After an order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Any rush or express orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Saturday ship the same day, except on federal holidays.
Yes! Once your order has shipped from our headquarters, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to your email address entered at checkout.
No worries at all! We recommend first doing the following:
- Check your spam folder to see if it was mistakenly sorted there.
- If you placed an order with a payment portal like PayPal, please check the email associated with that account.
- If then, you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our support team at hello@modgents.com & we’ll be happy to help.
We are only able to guarantee cancellations or adjustments to orders within 2 hours of it being placed (Rush & Express orders may ship out sooner). We ask that you respond to your order confirmation email or reach out to our support team at hello@modgents.com or 1-800-619-7078 with your request as quickly as possible!
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been shipped. However, once you receive your order, you can always send it back for an exchange or a refund by following our instructions here.
Please allow mail carriers up to 48 hours to reflect updated tracking information after it has shipped. If your tracking information stops receiving updates, the mail carriers may be experiencing delays that are outside of our control. This means that further updates may take a little longer to reflect. Don’t worry, it’s still on its way!

For orders shipped through USPS: shipping addresses cannot be adjusted after it has shipped. We recommend reaching out to your local Post Office for further assistance.
For orders shipped through FedEx: we can adjust the address for a small fee or have it held at a local FedEx Office for pick up at no cost prior to an “Out for Delivery” status on the tracking page.

It is totally optional to create an account with us! You can check out as a guest with a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and shipping details when it has shipped.
Nope! All you will need to initiate any sort of return is your order number or the email address used to place the order. To begin that process, please visit our exchange and returns page here.
If you would like to create an account to keep track of your order history, you can register for one here! Once you have created your account, you will receive an activation email that you will need to click into and activate your account with.
To log in, you can navigate to the top right corner of our site and click on the “person” icon next to the cart image. You can also log in directly from this page. Here, you will be able to update your default shipping address and sort through any previous orders placed on our site.

You may update your shipping address within your account for faster checkouts on future orders only, but an order that has already been placed will need to be updated by our support team. We do not store any payment information, so you will have to input your payment information each time you place an order. After your order has been placed, we cannot update or change the payment method used. Ring Sizing
Feel free to check out our ring size chart to find the best size for you! We also recommend getting sized at your local jeweler for an accurate measurement of your finger.

We do not recommend this method, as many printers can skew the sizing due to the scaling variables of the printer being used.
Generally, you want a ring that slides over your knuckle with a little friction, but not tight enough to where it squeezes your finger and creates what we call a “muffin top” with your skin. Read more on how to find the perfect fit in our blog post.
Since our fingers tend to swell in warmer weather, it is a good rule of thumb to size up a half-size if you are between sizes. Feel free to find out if you should size a ring up or down in our blog post.
