Return / Exchange Instructions
Follow these steps! ✨
1. Pack all the returned items, along with our refund/exchange form (make sure to fill it out).
- You can download the form here.
- Please ship the items back in a padded envelope. To make things easy, you can use the padded envelope the items arrived in. Do not send items in a standard letter envelope*
Please pack each ring in the individual baggies that you received them in to avoid scratches and damage while in transit (for ladies ring sets, pack the engagement ring and wedding band in separate baggies).
2. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. We recommend using Canada Post - USA Tracked Packet (make sure to get a tracking number so you can track your package).
We are not responsible for packages that are sent back without a tracking number.

3. Once we receive your items, we will process your refund / exchange within 2 - 4 business days.
WARNING: Do not send rings back with just a stamp. Your return will NOT be trackable. We are NOT responsible for lost packages that are not trackable.
*Please note that shipping & duty taxes/fees are not refundable.
