    These have a really long stem. Great for thicker lobes!

    I have been wearing it inside the cuff of my upper ear, but I make sure to use a silicone stopper in addition to the back so my neck/head doesn't end up getting poked at night while I sleep. But other than that one caviate, it looks so stellar in my ear cuff!!!
