My only gripe with Modern Gents is that the color gold is horrible! It is so yellow and it looks horribly fake. I purchased one gold set and I never wear it because it looks horrible. You can tell it’s fake because of the gold. So I’m gonna have to trade it in for something silver. I really wish that Modern Gents could get your gold color looking better. It’s too bright orange yellow when it should be more of a light honey gold color. I have rings that have come out of a $.25 machine that are fake gold that look so much more real than this ring in yellow gold! I want to purchase the gold colors so badly, I just can’t do it. They do not look good. Seriously if Modern Gents were to change the color of the gold that they use to more of a muted light gold, then you guys should be winning awards! You have to change the color of your gold! Please!

Unfortunately the yellow gold option looks super fake in person, it’s a very bright yellow and not at similar to a real yellow gold band. I have many silver options from this place that look exactly like white gold, so they pass as “real”. I’ll be retuning this one as it looks like something I could have bought for $10 from a kid’s toy store.
